Everything the portal does, in the order you will need it — from your first sign-in to running a full service job and mailing your customer an offer.
The portal is closed: every page except the application form sits behind a dealer login, and prices are never shown to the public.
Apply through Become a dealer. You will be asked for your company details, VAT and Chamber of Commerce numbers, address and a password you choose yourself. Your account is created straight away but cannot sign in yet — we review the application, set your dealer tier, and e-mail you once it is approved. Trying to sign in before then tells you plainly that the application is still being reviewed.
Once you are in, the portal keeps you signed in for a long time and every page extends it again, so a workshop PC in daily use effectively never asks twice. Use Sign out on any shared machine.
The portal speaks English, Dutch, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Polish and Portuguese. Switch with the language menu in the top bar.
Every price you see is your price. It is worked out from the advised retail price and the real margin on that part, so a part with a healthy margin gives you a bigger discount than a part with a thin one. Your discount is that margin minus a fixed number of points set by your tier:
| Tier | Your discount |
|---|---|
| B2B Starter | Margin − 25 points |
| B2B Business | Margin − 20 points |
| B2B Pro | Margin − 15 points |
A lower number means a bigger discount. Your tier is shown next to your name on the dashboard. On a part with an unusually thin margin the sum can land at no discount at all — that is not an error, it means there is no room on that part.
All prices are shown excluding VAT unless labelled otherwise; 21% is added at checkout. If your account is set up for EU reverse charge, VAT is charged at 0% and the summary says so.
Prices are checked again the moment you open the checkout, so the total you approve is the total you are charged. If a price moves or a part disappears between your cart and your order, the page stops and shows you before anything is placed.
Four routes to the same catalogue — pick whichever matches what you know.
part number;qty;note;brand. Quantity, note and brand
are optional. You get a preview showing what was found and what was not
before anything reaches your cart, and you can upload a CSV instead.
Every part carries a live availability badge. Two of the four commit you to something, and those need an explicit tick before you can order them.
| Badge | What it means | Tick needed |
|---|---|---|
| In stock | On the shelf, with the quantity shown. | No |
| Available at supplier | Not with us, but the supplier has it. | No |
| Backorder | The supplier has none right now. Ordering is fine — it ships when it arrives. | Yes |
| Probably not available | The supplier probably cannot deliver it any more. We will try; the line is cancelled if it truly cannot be. | Yes |
Lines needing a tick are marked in the Confirmation column, and the checkout gathers them into a Please confirm block just above the order button, so nothing you must agree to can hide off the edge of a narrow screen. The order cannot be placed until each one is ticked, or the line removed from your cart.
Every Add to cart button behaves the same way. If you have open workshop jobs you are asked where the part should go: straight to your cart, or onto one of those jobs as a line on its offer. Dismissing the question adds it nowhere, so a mis-click never quietly puts a part somewhere unexpected. Use Pick a job in the top bar to keep one job active and stop being asked each time.
In the cart you can change quantities (0 removes the line, 999 is the maximum), remove lines, and move any line — or the whole cart — onto a job. Each line takes an optional frame number: the VIN of the bike the part is for, which stays on your order and appears on the confirmation so you can trace a part back to a bike later.
At checkout, check the lines, tick any confirmations, and check the shipping address. It is prefilled from your account but can be changed per order, which is what to do when you want something sent straight to a customer. The country must be the two-letter code.
What happens then depends on your account. On account: the order goes to our warehouse immediately and is invoiced afterwards according to your dealer agreement. Pay first: you are taken to our payment provider, and the order is sent to the warehouse once the payment is confirmed. If a payment is interrupted your order is not lost — open it under Orders and use Pay to try again. Either way you receive a confirmation by e-mail listing every line.
Orders lists everything you have placed, with its reference, date, total and status. Open one for the lines, quantities shipped, the address used and any invoices. While an order is still being prepared you can cancel it yourself; once picking has started the portal says so and you should contact us.
Backorder is the page to live on: every part you have ordered that has not reached you yet, across all your orders, with exactly what stage it is at. Parts that shipped or were cancelled stay visible for two more weeks. The search box at the top reaches your entire order history by part number — the quickest way to answer "have I ordered this before, and what did I pay?". Where a part number has been superseded, the replacement is shown beside it.
One switch in the top bar, for the moment you turn the screen towards a customer. While it is on, the catalogue pages, your cart and the Backorder list hide your purchase price, discount and margin, and show the customer's price including VAT instead. It changes only what is displayed — your cart still prices at your own rates underneath and nothing about what you order changes. The checkout deliberately keeps showing your figures, since that is where you approve what you are paying.
A complete service department inside the portal, private to your account: the motorcycles you look after, your customers, the jobs you quote and carry out, and the planning behind them.
Start in Settings. The planner stays locked until you have set your opening hours and added at least one mechanic. This is also where you set your hourly rate and what an hour costs you, your parts mark-up, VAT, the planner's slot length — and your offer style: your logo, an accent colour and a standard footer, which is what makes offers come out in your livery rather than ours.
Units are the motorcycles. Add one from the catalogue, which links it to the factory drawings, or type it in by hand for anything not in the catalogue. Record plate, VIN, mileage and owner, and upload photos — useful for documenting damage at intake.
Jobs are the work. Each takes three kinds of line: parts from our catalogue at your net price plus your mark-up, labour at your hourly rate, and other costs for a third party or subcontracted work. Prices are frozen onto a line when you add it, so a later price change never rewrites an offer you have already given. Alongside the customer total you always see your own cost and margin, so you know what the job earns before you send the quote.
The offer can be printed, downloaded as a PDF in your own livery, or e-mailed to the customer with that PDF attached — replies come back to you, not to us. It shows your details, the customer, the bike with plate, VIN and mileage, every line and the totals. Your internal notes and your margin are never on it.
Add all parts to cart pushes a job's catalogue lines into your normal cart, carrying the frame number and job reference with them; the job remembers what already went, so pressing it twice cannot double-order. The planner books a job onto a mechanic — it refuses double bookings and anything outside your opening hours. And Import & export moves customers, units, jobs and planning in and out as CSV; each export doubles as the import template.
Under your company name, top right: your contact details and address — which prefill the shipping address at checkout, so keep them current — and your password. Your e-mail address, VAT number and dealer tier define the account itself and are not editable here; contact us to change any of them.
Use the Contact link in the
